Git is the system of record for this intranet. Canonical records live in this repository.

Update Categories

• Snapshot update
• Decision record
• Navigation/index update
• Archive/update cleanup

Source Material Rules

Chat, Notion, Drive, and local notes are not canonical by default. They may inform updates, but the recorded source of truth is Git.

Build / Verification Rule

Run python3 -m mkdocs build before commit.

Deployment Boundary

GitHub Pages and GitHub Actions are not part of this phase.

Governance Rule

Preserve the distinction between mutable Snapshots and durable Decisions.
