以下を支える内部基盤として扱います。

• Git SSOT
• Snapshot
• Decision
• Portfolio / Project / Repo recognition

Canonical Scope

• frt-labs/company-intranet を current canonical repo として使う
• internal maps, snapshots, decisions, and operating docs を Git 上で管理する
• Notion / Chat / Drive は source material や draft にはなり得るが canonical ではない

Boundary

• すべての product execution を CompanyOS に吸収しない
• external product そのものの定義は IntentOS など各 Product 側に残す
• project-specific implementation repo は current docs では多くが TBD

Operating Notes

• Git remains SSOT
• deployment remains disabled due to the Cloudflare Zero Trust billing gate
